The gym was acceptable. It helped maintain my workout routine.
The room I received was not the room I booked. It lacked the promised ocean view. The lack of hot water one day was annoying. I had to take a cold shower. The food quality was inconsistent. Some meals were okay, but others were pretty bad.

the room was spacious and clean. i particularly appreciated the daily restocked mini-bar with coca cola, sprite, and water. the wristband system served as a room key, ensuring i always had access without worrying about losing a card. i am thankful for a convenient and enjoyable experience.
i encountered some noise issues due to thin walls i could hear adjacent rooms and outside noise. i think added soundproofing would enhance the stay.

The location is great, right on the beach and near main attractions. the staff showed kindness. They were friendly and helpful . the tennis court was in excellent condition. the WiFi worked well across the hotel.
i noticed the mediterranean restaurant was a bit disappointing. i had to serve myself a salad. the main meal was lukewarm.

the staff offered responsive, attentive help. on arrival, i got a welcome drink, a nice touch. there was virtually no wait time at Altamar restaurant (the views are beautiful!). the staff maintained a polite and happy attitude, and responded to requests quickly.
