The gym was acceptable. It helped maintain my workout routine.

The room I received was not the room I booked. It lacked the promised ocean view. The lack of hot water one day was annoying. I had to take a cold shower. The food quality was inconsistent. Some meals were okay, but others were pretty bad.

the room was spacious and clean. i particularly appreciated the daily restocked mini-bar with coca cola, sprite, and water. the wristband system served as a room key, ensuring i always had access without worrying about losing a card. i am thankful for a convenient and enjoyable experience.

i encountered some noise issues due to thin walls i could hear adjacent rooms and outside noise. i think added soundproofing would enhance the stay.

great location excellent condition

The location is great, right on the beach and near main attractions. the staff showed kindness. They were friendly and helpful . the tennis court was in excellent condition. the WiFi worked well across the hotel.

i noticed the mediterranean restaurant was a bit disappointing. i had to serve myself a salad. the main meal was lukewarm.

the staff offered responsive, attentive help. on arrival, i got a welcome drink, a nice touch. there was virtually no wait time at Altamar restaurant (the views are beautiful!). the staff maintained a polite and happy attitude, and responded to requests quickly.

gym equipment broken door

my stay had some issues. the gym equipment really lacked maintenance. A crossover machine only worked on one side, limiting its use. the corridor always had a broken door. It slammed shut all night.

the staff treated me like family. the rooms are amazing (especially the bed linen). the food was wonderful and the beach looked beautiful. i am already planning my next visit next year!

the elevator broke down constantly, inconvenient. i was briefly stuck in it once.

I stayed at this wonderful place for four nights. i loved the friendly service from the staff (especially gerry and fernando at the lobby bar!). the food was great. I especially enjoyed the drinks and alejandro at the pool bar remembered our orders. i will definitely come back soon.
